Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Viral Patterns website and library app (“the service”), run by its founders (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The service

Viral Patterns is a hand-picked library of public Instagram posts, tagged by niche, hook and format and ranked by reach. You can browse some posts without an account; a free account opens the full library. We may add, change or remove features, and we may introduce paid plans. If we do, we'll tell you before you're charged anything.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Give accurate details, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share it or sell access to it.

Content in the library

The posts in the library belong to their creators. We show them through Instagram's official embeds and don't claim any ownership of them. The library is for research and inspiration: study the hooks, formats and ideas, then make your own version.

Don't download, re-upload or pass off other creators' content as your own. What you make with ideas from the library is your responsibility, including making sure it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

If you are a creator and want a post removed from the library, write to viralpatterns@gmail.com with the link and we'll take it down.

What's ours

The service itself, including its design, the tags, rankings and descriptions we add, and our blog posts, belongs to us. You may share links to it, but don't copy the library or its data in bulk.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• scrape, crawl or download the library with bots or scripts,
• try to get around the account limits or access parts of the service you're not allowed to,
• interfere with the service, its security or other users,
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

The service is provided “as is”. Reach numbers come from public data and may be out of date or incomplete, and an idea that worked for one creator may not work for you. We don't promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, from your use of the service. While the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to viralpatterns@gmail.com. We may stop offering the service, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll let account holders know by email. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
